I wonder how much TPL/Alliasense charges reflects the same type of charges you get on a hospital bill, i.e. $20 for a box of Kleenex etc. Was there any discussion about amounts charged and were they legal ? Did previous CEO's just take the money they received from PDS without asking questions?

Trust but verify everything in any partnership. If this did not occur, shame on mgmt and board.
