Tpl had all the documents sealed. So we really don't know all that is going on. Perhaps revenues are to be frozen until the courts decide on all the charges which include Fraud. If that were the case then settlements now would not really matter. I cannot help but imagine that CM is somehow still involved since his experiences and ours are aligned with TPL by Fraud accusations.
