This shows that in fact TPL because of its failure to negotiate in good faith have caused a standstill in the MMP licensure process and that they are in court fighting it out with TPL.

The legal actions appeared numerous to me (again I am not a lawyer) and appear that serious and maybe in some cases to the point of criminal activity by misusing/billing PDS for TPL activities and possibly leveraging the MMP asset for their own patents was taking place. As I mentioned previously, I would imagine that Carlton Johnson and many of his collleagues probably even including David Pohl and other lawyers are in hot pursuit of going after these people with extremely serious charges that involve the MMP and ownership of this asset.

The NDA contractual agreements and other legal actions under seal are dramatically hurting disclosure of events. These problems have existed since the beginning as Cliff Flowers states and continue to hurt us. If we do not follow the rules of the road, however, then we would be in legal trouble that PTSC caused. Right now, TPL is in serious legal trouble for the improprieties they have caused. My problems with Mr. Leckrone seem to be fully justified. Like you Wolf, I will have to digest exactly what is being said and we need guidance from the legal experts as most of this is way over my head. Legally, though, I believe they are headed down the right path in dealing with an individual and company that has been cutting the legs out from underneath PTSC and that Pandora's box may be unleashed in that we are obviously dealing with a company, TPL that would be a good candidate for a John Grisham novel.
