PTSC has NEVER EVER stated, in a PR or otherwise, that the identification of licensees were not a "material event". They said that the associated dollar amounts were no longer "material" because it had become established that collection of license revenues was PTSC's standard business practice.

IMO, each license sold is a material event. Each is a unique event. You can only license to each entity one time. Thus, the identity of each new licensee is reportable per SEC regs.
