Thanks for your excellent posts but I do have a point of departure from your belief on the BOD and would be glad to hear if you had anything to add on this subject. I also agree the talk on the BOD is way overboard when we have the opportunity to vote them down with our shares at the time of the annual meeting which I did last year.
The BOD in the person of Carlton Johnson has had a direct impact on the MMP. I asked Biajj about this on several occasions with zero replies which is a REAL ANSWER in and of itself. He is either afraid of Mr. Johnson or knows he has been effective or both.
My impression now is a positive one in that CJ, to me the BOD, took on Dan Leckrone at the PDS on selling his patents in tandem with the MMP and also now in court on the $2 million. This has possibly caused delays in information being released while all parties work this out.
(I have previously had a negative feeling about him because of his association with Eric Swartz.)
Additionally, the above actions have their consequences. The court case MAY be holding up a major thrust forward with the MMP licensing and the cases with Sirius and others may also not be released in the cloak of non disclosure. I FEEL good news will arrive but not until TPL decides that it will be released or the SEC statutes say it must be released. These are impacts on the MMP caused by necessary action by Carlton Johnson, ie the BOD.
