He is probably doing everything in a legal manner. The only way to counter him is to come up with a legal requirement that supercedes his requirement based possibly on SEC rules on NDA and he needs to make arrangements to pay up after he skedaddled(SP) PTSC on the 2M.

First, the case in court against him must be completed. Then, the rules on NDA in the sharing agreement need to be revised. Everything must be fair on both sides or we should not agree. The SP will go down but when agreements get reached, we can then proceed to make money.

These problems could be RESOLVED very easily, in an afternoon, if Leckrone would wake up and smell the roses. He thinks he has all the time in the world. But guess what, he will be up against the best law firms in the country. They can kick his all the way around the block. The longer he waits, the better they like. He has the power to get the ball rolling. PTSC needs to make sure he does.
