I guess what you suggest is possible, but consider the coincidence of the 336 exam rejection being so close to the settlement.

Not knowing raises far more doubts than it raises confidence,

But, my confidence is now much higher.

THE 336 IS ALIVE AND WELL.

Let all parties think about that. My guess is that SETTLEMENTS are just around the corner
