What has happened to you in the last months since autumn 2009? You've lost your coolness...

Like I wrote several times after the "wave pr" this press release was not directed to investors/shareholders but an attempt to bring other companies back to the table.

I'm quite sure (without having ONE proof) companies are already sitting at the table this time but not willing to pay the price which certainly has increased over the last year.
Provided TPL is in full force with its license activities (for which the last PR was an evidence) we can be sure that both parties (TPL and infringers) are in heavy negotiations - therefore I see it as a good sign there is no new licensee just one week after the official PR.

And as I've written before in the real business world it's not just a telephone call and a simple signature but a detailled agreement which has to be developed and accepted from both sides.

Additionally it will be interesting if PTSC/TPL "use" the paragraph in its PRs were they stated "more than $300mio" in the last PR as an indirect sign for the market how much they received so far from the MMP, at least when they announce several licensees in one PR.

I don't see any need to bother so far - as long we get some new licensees before Christmas...;-)
