First I would weigh your qualifications against the qualifications of the existing BoD members. If I felt your qualifications and background could help PTSC grow shareholder value, I would personally lobby management to accept your proposal. If successful, I would vote my shares on your behalf. I would also need to know your compensation requirements before making a decission. What kind of support are you looking for?
