would like shareholders to begin telling everyone they know that has shares to look for his name on the Proxy statements that will be coming out shortly and to please vote for him.

Stan has someone that is consulting with an attorney to determine the necessary requirements to get his name on the ballot but without a Majority of VOTES it will remain status quo. We want someone that is the voice of the shareholder on that BoD and will speak for US.

Stan also says that while his resume won't say Harvard on it he does have deep long time knowledge and understanding of the workings of PTSC. He's not afraid to ask the tough questions and he will call for an immediate reduction or elimination of BoD salaries until such time as the company is profitable.

I've also asked my sister L2007S to begin keeping the tally on who is behind Stan and how many shares they are pledging. If someone does NOT feel comfortable in revealing their share total, then by all means do not. Stan is just trying to gadge how many shares he will have behind him come election day. Kind of like a poll.

I can tell you that besides the 20 million that the five of us combined have pledged........all of you amazing people that have contacted me amount to in excess of another 10 million shares and I've heard from about 34 people so far. So Please tell other investors to start reading the Agoaracom board and to please let me know how many shares they will vote for Stan............again, only if they are comfortable with sharing that info. Myself, my sister and Stan will be the only ones that see this info.
