Deb, Here are a couple of suggestions. I would like to see us replace 2 BoD members this time. I think that C.J. needs to go first b/c of his ties with Swartz. I would like to keep Gloria and Cliff as I feel that they know the company and all of the book keeping. I am not sure what D.M. has contributed thus far, but it seems like a good idea to have a tech person on board. C.J. needs to go, IMHO. As far as getting other qualified people to run, I think that we should approach both C.M. and G.B. to see if they have someone from within their camp who would want the job and are qualified for it. The other obvious contendors are people from Holocom--I think that having someone from C.M.'s camp might work out better, however. I don't think that C.M. has the experience needed to do the job himself, but may have someone that he trusts and is very qualified. I am very happy that Stan is taking a stand in this.
