Where are any of the current BOD members? Have they introduced themselves to "THIS BOARD"? Did we hire them? Did you or I get to interview any of them before their appointments?

On the flip side, the current 5 have PROVEN incapable of delivering successfully, so through THAT "interview", they've earned their firing, even if I wasn't given the opportunity to hire them.

As a business man, I've hired and fired many people. I fire them for not getting the job done, and I hire them based on what I THINK they can do for me based on my articulated goals, and their articulated intent and experience. Often times, it's a crapshoot as you can't KNOW how they're going to work out until they get immersed in the work. I now KNOW how the 5 current members would work out, and I'm not pleased with their performance. So as a business man, it's my obligation to fire them and find someone who I THINK will work out better.
