since I really don't have a choice, I am willing to see what transpire with the positive news.

I believe it is in the best interest for BOD to increase the value of this company in the long run.

I hope (BOD) they will be honest with themselves if they are in over their head and get additional qualified personnels to help. Anyone who's ever been in business knows that sometimes we need help from those who are qualified for specific task.
