Are we going to get some sort of energy in either direction of up or down? Are we going to just hover at .18/.19 ? A test of the 200 day moving average (.15~ wouldn't surprise me ). Not testing it would indicate a strong support level and more energy to this move. All my opinion. Ts and Os ?
