Sorry, but it's really not clear to me.

Lately, I see more emotion in your posts than I do logic. That is unlike you. I wish this silly bickering would stop. And, I mean that IN BOTH DIRECTIONS.

We have had some good news and we have a good chance to get higher dollar settlements. And, hopefully faster settlements. But, we have some serious problems to solve with TPL.

Can we all make an effort to stay focused on the things that are really important to us as investors?
