This was a monumental PR in the life of PTSC, IMO, and certainly seems like the CEO should have been included in comments. While it could be as simple as Flowers is on vacation and out of reach, considering he was included on the 21st PR, and the NIRC was issued on the 19th and KNOWN to be forthcoming by the company, it is clearly a deliberate omission of any quotes from Flowers in today's PR.
Whether that really means anything will eventually be made clear, I suppose, but based on the way PTSC treated the last NIRC PR which INCLUDED a quote from RG, and NOT one from CJ, perhaps there's a change underfoot once again?
I find the Flowers' omission glaring and interesting, considering the subject matter of today's PR. Certainly worthy of CEO level commentary.
