You would rather all the leverage be in the hands of TPL? So they can package their other licenses with MPP discounts?

The best use of shareholder funds that I can think of right now would be for PTSC to take control of existing and future reverse engineering documentation and the associtated licensing activities that go along with it. TPL has no fiduciary duty to PTSC share holders. PTSC does.
