PTSC isn't a wine that is meant to be enjoyed for your exclusive pleasure. It is a publicly held company.

If you want to enjoy this "firing on all cylinders" quietly, you're certainly entitled to. Close the Agoracom browser, throw on some nice music, grab some ice cream.

But if you're still reading, I'll remind you that this was at $0.15 as recently as March, when there was still the PTO uncertainty. I'd say this is not the best position PTSC has been in in months.
