yes..I realize that you were writing in context of the JV as ended..but how would that work from a practical standpoint?..and what real world examples can you point to where that has taken place in the past that is apples to apples with our fact scenario?..you suggest first come first served and the rest tough cookies..I just can't see that happening..plese provide an example..I am not trying to be diffuicult or smart a@# just seeking a real world example (with multiple owners that have a relatonship such as ours..that has gone south..and each of the owners licensed on their own and could not "double dip" so to speak with the others cookies).
