To elaborate..I believe that our "ownership" rights / interests in the MMP are more clear than those of TPL..this may also be a reason why no companies have come forth with license activity as of late..given Moore, PTSC, and TPL's interests in the MMP (all of which are a little unclear at this point..at least in regard to Moore & TPL IMO).
