My guess is TPL is responsible for the lack of a pr. They still have to ok press releases as far as I know and I somehow think they are holding back as a way to hold PTSC hostage, so to speak. It is all about them and winning and arrogance. This leads me to believe they are capable of shooting themselves in the foot if it means they maintain control.
