IMO the real news is the USPTO.

Yesterdays's official PR is encouraging, however I don't believe that news caused the price run up that began last Friday. I've seen the Enforsys number$ on the County agenda for the last week of May 2010. I don't know if those numbers include PDSG or not. Of course there are other agendas in other Countys. I'm still looking into that.

MMP, Patents, Licenses, Settlements with high figures, these are the things that will move up share price in a dramatic way.

I still am expecting the BoD to issue a PR on the reexam.
