Forgive my pedanticism, but how can PTSC both dispel and confirm the termination of the '336 re-examination in the same PR?

Have they even received the letter yet, let alone formal recertification?

As much as I'd also like to see a PR before the open, I'd prefer the information to be historical, and not forward looking.
