It would be good to see an NIRC PR, and within it, some language that indicates a positive tone to the TPL / PTSC contract dispute. The resolutions passed by the PDS managemen committee should be something that PTSC doesn't give in on, as they represent simple baby steps to reinstituting some basic equality in that agreement, but hopefully, TPL is willing to pursue making money on the patents, rather than doing what it can to direct every extra percentage they can manufacture into their own accounts, rather than into PTSC's or CM's.
