to reduce SG&A costs:

Selling, general and administrative expenses decreased from approximately $824,000 for the three months ended February 28, 2009, to approximately $479,000 for the three months ended February 28, 2010, primarily due to management’s restructuring plan to reduce personnel and operating costs

Only one month to wait until the 10-K for actual confirmation of the factual results.
