Here is the hint to Avot in March 2010: they are adding Avot's technology to their QuickLink Media Software without naming Avot.

If you check for Vibhash Trivedi, former VP Sales/Marketing of Avot, he's Director of Business Development at Smith Micro - since March 2010.
