Lamberlunatics, you have stated you run a successful business. Let's say you were thinking of changing your corporate by-laws but were unsure as to the legality of the changes you wanted to make. What would you do? If you are not incorporated take a stab at it anyway as you seem to be pretty good with thse kinds of questions.
