You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
If this had to be delayed until the SHM then the BOD would have to put in writing that this would be on the agenda.....Of course during the shareholders meeting with 100 + people showing up it would be chaos.......
