I hope you don't mind me butting in on an anonymous post on a penny stock message board....

Someone unknown to me posted, "I'm sure that we all would like to know which other errors or mis(s)tatements have led to untrue information by PTSC."

Spending about 3 secs thinking about that, (shirley, it isn't worth any more than that)

How about

1. Both sides are pleased with the settlement.

2. Based on inside info (to the above "seetlement" PTSC officers/employees are restricted from tading shares (abslutely imply that a great deal was reached)...only to see the incoming CEO openly purchase shares and then profess ignorance of the restriction.

For me...that little period of news blackout, pleasure in the settlement, subterfuge in the no trading statement, clearly demonstrated the BOD to be like any oither self serving BOD.

Mel Brooks as Gov. Lepetomaine said it best, " Gentlemen, we got to protect our phony baloney jobs!"

But then again I am just another anonymous poster on a penny stock messgae board. a 2 cent opinion = 1/4 of the total price of a share. maybe I will save my next 4 opinons and buy a share instead.
