• $20,000 if you're the chair of the AUDIT committee
• $100,000 if you're the C.O.B.

So, CONSERVATIVELY, the equivalent of Carlton Johnson at Unisys earned $88,000 in cash compensation ($60k + $18K + $5K + $5K - he's chairman of 2 committees if memory serves, compensation comm. and one other).

So, CONSERVATIVELY, the equivalent of Gloria Felcyn at Unisys earned $98,000 in cash compensation ($60k + $18K + $20K - she's chair of 1 committee - the audit committee).

I can see how it makes sense to pay the REAL CJ and GF a combined over $260K per year.
