Asking what new Board members can do to increase share price is like asking every Miss America how they would bring about world peace. It's a crap shoot. All we have knowledge of is the record of how the current BoD has failed to bring value to shareholders. FAILED..FAILED..FAILED.

Will a new board be able to turn it around. The hope is yes. Isn't that why we elect new Presidents, Senators, etc.? The record of achievements (or failures) in the eyes of the majority of voters will bring about change. Unfortunately majority voting has no power with our current by-laws. Why should our BoD be allowed to continue to run this company based on a track record of failure?

Unless the stranglehold of Felcyn, Faulk and Johnson can be broken, they alone will continue to control every decision made. If new board members can at the very least, implement changes in the bylaws regarding voting and compensation then I would consider that alone to be a success for shareholders.

Fat asked if Caplan had more than a schmoozing relationship with Swartz. What, about Johnson's relationship with Swartz? Isn't the fact that he works for Swartz a conflict of interest? Somebody please explain to me how it is not a conflict of interest.
