Dear patient long.
Thank you for your inquiry. In the past, we did display the user who reported any message as a violation. What we found out as a consequence, was that this led to more bickering and name calling - as a typical response from the member who's post was flagged would be "why did you flag my post INSERT SLANDER HERE....".
To avoid these situations from arising, we came up with our 4 tier hierarchy, and given HUB Leaders the ability to review each message flagged as a violation.
As we stated earlier, flagging posts indiscriminately is a big deal for AGORACOM - it equates to calling "911" for no reason. So we kindly ask all our members to excersize their best judgement and be courteous to their peer's and our staff who have to go through all these violations, to determine what is actually a legitimate request (e.g. we've had some SPAM here lately), and what is a message that is "Crying Wolf".
We hope this clarifies your inquiry.
Kind Regards,
AGORACOM
