We'll have to agree to disagree on your assessment that the MA is the best option available at the time.

I'm not disputing that AN agreement with TPL was perhaps the best option, simply that the terms agreed to were too one sided and gave up too much control of public company PTSC's very lifeblood to a questionable private enterprise. My support for that view is the numerous other deals and settlements with other people and entities that this BOD has consumated, that almost universally reward the other party more than PTSC, ie. PTSC never seems to emerge the victor or the even partner. That doesn't bode well, IMO, for expectations of future success from these same people.

As for the BOD pay, that is NOT an exageration by any means. You can find Fortune 500 companies where BOD members collect less than the $144K that CJ does, or the $120Kplus that Felcyn does. That's FACT.
