...but us accusing them of illegal actions wasn't a good idea and not necessary to get our point across. Accusations like that should be left for lawyers. Doing so by other than through the proper channels would only get the letter trashed IMHO. Do you think the accusations by a shareholder will scare them into responding? I agree with ease that it was an unprofessional move.

FWIW I do believe the PTO has made a mistake on this one and pressure is needed to bring it to their attention. I gave my thumbs up on the letter and appreciate the effort.
