Thank you for taking action. I called the USPTO office yesterday and spoke with yet another person in the examining unit. I used your language and told them that I and many others were being significantly damaged/destroyed by the low share price and I believe that the USPTO has contributed to the decline in share price by not only allowing this re-exam but allowing it to take so long.

She was going to investigate and get back to me. That was yesterday and so far I have heard nothing. Just like the BoD!
