on the USPTO that has me upset. It is the reference by Gloria that PDSG might be sold with no confirmation, denial or apology from the BoD regarding this particular statement. If PTSC had fully expected PDSG to be the main source of revenue going forward, then I think it is a monumentally material statement for a board member to suggest in writing, to only one shareholde,r that PDSG might be sold. Do you agree or disagree?

This type of information should come in a formal press release and not to one shareholder. The board's silence on this whole issue of Gloria's e-mail has me thinking that they are worried that she did something wrong and if (big IF) she did....who do you think should be held accountable for this and what should the consequence(s) be?
