I think I had better clarify my prior post. The Director's Forum is a public blog and not the appropriate vehicle to attempt to discuss our specific problems.

The Director posted some stuff on his blog under heading of "Improving the Reexaminations Process" on June 6th. I was attempting to comment on that, not on our specific situation.
