Question with tpl and ptsc forming the Newco does ptsc have to report anything??? I think the only thing ptsc has to report is the money they get from the co. That lets tpl do all the agreements in secret.. The thing ptsc should be doing is a PR about the future of the company. New sales force new techs new anything, just something would be nice...
