I don't think it is a moot point, at least not to me! I want to know who is standing in our way to USPTO verification. I want to know who is fighting us and doesn't want to be known. Why would they not want to be known? Very curious to me. Knowing who all the players are could make a foggy situation much more clear. I am for transparency, which seems to be lacking in much of today's world.
