Actually I was questioning whether or not the USPTO must expedite the current re-exam because the prior re-exam was what prompted the stay and the Pacer 2 clearly says that the stay was lifted because the prior re-exam concluded with a NIRC.

OT- yellow highlighting....I usually create my word document where I can highlight, then copy/paste to my Agoracom message. That is the only way I know how to do it.
