IMO, this is in direct violation of resoultion (ii). You know, one of those resolutions that PDS management voted on and Lecky lost and would not acquies. One of the resolutions that resulted in a legal dispute (this is undoubtedly part of that dispute), ongoing. Caveat: MY interpretation of resolution (ii).

Yup. TPL may have made some money. And they may have sealed their fate (and it ain't pretty). And it frankly doesn't surprise me (Lecky arrogance).
