I thought Moore made it clear that he did not agree with TPL about MMP ownership and whether all his rights have been transferred to TPL. IMHO, the USPTO does not decide such things. He did post on his blog that he assigned the patents to his trust for safe keeping. I suspect the courts will determine if what he did was legal.
