After loosing money over the years consistently by the BOD's mistakes and Plop Plop Fizz Fizz,

Can someone explain to me why BP can't subtract original volume of oil minus amount collected?????? I mean, this is ridiculous!!! Even the news media is stupid beyond belief. Unbelievable!!! This is PTSC as a company analogy. PLease don't delete?
