MICHAEL C. KENDRICK is a principal owner of Roswell Capital Partners. Mr. Kendrick has 16 years experience in the investment banking, advisory and money management fields. As principal at RCP, Mr. Kendrick has been involved in leading and structuring over 130 private equity transactions in small-cap public companies. Mr. Kendrick has held business development positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and McDonnell Douglas Corporation as well as engineering positions with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft and Harris Corporation. Mr. Kendrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with honors from Auburn University in 1983 and an MBA from Embry Riddle University in 1985.
