Bethesda, MD—June 3, 2010—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), a leading IT solutions and business strategy consulting firm, announced today that it has been awarded a 5-year, $288 Million Application Product Lines Enterprise Services (APLES) contract from the USCG Operations Systems Center (OSC). Under the contract, DMI will provide a wide range of software engineering, application development, and IT systems support to the USCG OSC based in Kearneysville, WV.

The USCG OSC, a center of excellence within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), provides full life-cycle support for operationally-focused Coast Guard Automated Information Systems. These systems support the Coast Guard's five strategic missions: Protection of Natural Resources, National Defense, Maritime Safety, Mobility, and Security. OSC services enable more than 45,000 Coast Guard personnel to perform their duties world-wide 24x7.

The OSC selected Digital Management for its proven ability to lead the use of IT to transform enterprise operations, and for the company's demonstrated success applying proven development methodologies to improve efficiency and performance.

• Introduce new technologies, tools, and architectures to further modernize OSC service offerings—paving the way for OSC to fulfill an expanded role as the leading Maritime Data Fusion Service Center across DHS;
• Optimize operations around best practices, infuse project management disciplines, and develop enterprise efficiencies helping reduce Total Ownership Costs.
