Sorry, I do not understand any of the questions in your post.
All I am trying to do is determine whether the prior art that the examiner is using to reject all the claims in MMP patent application 09/051263 is indeed a CMOS Oscillator. Or can that prior art be easily mistaken as being a CMOS oscillator. Or is the function so similar to a CMOS oscillator that it could be used in place of a CMOS oscillator.
Bottom line. I want to know how easily this new rejection can be overcome.
