Larscot - Patriot simply has to prove that BOTH Moore and Fish sold all rights to Falk/Nanotronics. It will help the cause if they can prove that Fish was the sole inventor of the ``Fish Clock`` (patent 336). I NOW FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT PTSC WILL PROVE WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT THEY ARE THE SOLE OWNERS OF PATENT 336 AND THAT MOORE ERRED IN LICENSING SAID PATENT TO INTEL. Put another way... Moore`s goose is cooked.
