I was able to find out by speaking with someone very much involved with the plaintiff`s in this case that although Mr. L examination was schd two days ago that was vacated as he just recently ``settled`` that matter before he had to reveal his assets. In addition I learned that this case has been going on for six years primarily because...

1. Mr. L had a tendency to have attorneys involved in that case removed by the court (sound familiar?) for various reasons.

2 Mr. L would make courthouse step settlement agreements and then would renege on them and the process would start all over.

Mr. L it would appear actually would have come out better in this particular litigation if he had honored these previous settlements rather than finally coming to the table and doing so within the last few days. My take on all of this and of course it is speculation is that Mr. L was able to use whatever he rec. from intc to help him out of this jam, please remember that is just my take.

I am hopeful that Mr. Pohl and the folks at ptsc have all their (our) eyes dotted and t`s crossed on this ``agreement`` with Mr. L and that they watch him like a hawk. I personally have some questions about Mr. L`s character based on what I heard but as long as he does well for ptsc (i.e. me) that will be fine. I also would feel better if we heard something, anything from ptsc or at least returned one of my many calls but I know I am not the only one in that boat. Hope this adds a bit more ``unoffical`` information to the pot.
