Another possibility for the lack of information from the BOD may be due to DL's 10+ years of including a non-disclosure clause in just about everything he commits to paper. Sadly, legal concerns trump fiduciary and moral concerns in the corporate world.

Also heard recently that the TPL office is moving--although I don't yet find a new listing.
