Thank you for your inquiry. The member had 19 different new message windows open at the same time. When you open the new message window, a time stamp is created (e.g. 1:10PM). Regardless of whether it takes you 5, 10 or 15 minutes to submit your message, the post will be time stamped at the time you click "New Message".
